Consists of glass tubing 15mm external diameter with side arm leading 

to a thistle funnel and tapered at each end, one end to accept the plant 

stem, the other to meet, capillary tubing mounted against a 250mm 

graduated rule. Apparatus is mounted against a 250mm graduated rule, 

apparatus is mounted by terry clips on a strong ‘L’- Shaped stand with 

rubber.
